Operion is a Zoho partner and helps SMEs that want to sell online decide whether Zoho Commerce fits. We set up the Zoho side and connect it where an integration exists. The webshop itself is not something we build or design. We tell you honestly when you need something else for the warehouse.
What it does
Zoho Commerce is the webshop package from Zoho. You record products, variants, prices and an order process, set payment methods and shipping options, manage customer accounts and record discounts and promotions.
Orders arrive in an overview, and with templates you can style the shop without code. For business customers you can set a private section or separate prices. The structure and design of the shop you do yourself or have a web designer do.
Who it is for
It suits SMEs that start or replace a webshop and already work in Zoho, for instance with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books or Zoho CRM. Orders, stock and invoices then run on the same data.
It is a less obvious choice for a large range or a shop with its own structure that departs far from the standard. The webshop itself is not something we build or design; we do help you choose what fits.
Set-up
These are the choices we make with you during the intake for the Zoho side:
How you structure products, variants and categories and which data you bring over.
Which payment methods you offer and how payouts reach your administration.
Which shipping options and carriers you offer and what you charge for shipping.
How VAT is calculated, including for customers outside the Netherlands, and which terms you show.
Whether business customers get their own prices or their own section.
Connections
With Zoho Inventory the stock of your webshop sits in the same system as the rest, and with Zoho Books sales reach the accounts. Zoho CRM shows what a customer has ordered.
For payments and carriers we look in the intake at which providers are supported. We connect the Zoho side where an integration exists; what comes with it, we agree in advance. An existing webshop on another platform we discuss separately.
Which integrations exist and which do not is explained on integration.

If you have your own warehouse with locations, picking and shipping, BizBloqs often fits better for the warehouse. BizBloqs handles the orders and the stock in the warehouse. There is no integration between Zoho Commerce and BizBloqs; what you need for the webshop, we agree in advance.
Zoho Commerce fits when stock is simple and everything stays in Zoho. Which of the two suits you, we decide in the intake.
Licences
The licences and current prices of Zoho Commerce are on the Zoho pricing page. During the intake we decide which plan fits you.
Questions

No. We help you choose whether Zoho Commerce fits and set up the Zoho side, such as payments, VAT and integrations where they exist. The webshop itself, its structure and design, is not something we do.
